CHEN Haiyan
CHEN Haiyan (Lisa) joined Pactera right after graduation from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2004 with both Bachelor of Literature and Bachelor of Science degrees. Now she serves as the vice-president of Pactera Technology International Ltd. Lisa Chen has long engaged in the operation and management of intelligent language services, serving worldwide customers from all walks of life.
Since 2014, Lisa Chen has been vigorously promoting school-enterprise cooperation. Partnerships have been well established with many universities in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei, and Beijing. Lisa Chen also serves as a part-time off-campus tutor and gives language service lectures in local universities. In 2019, Lisa Chen took the lead to organize a series of localized online public service courses under the guidance of Translators Association of China (TAC). In addition, she participated in course consultations, planning, recording, and reviewing, and also lectured on the crowdsourcing translation (the series of courses were released at the annual conference of TAC). In the same year, Lisa Chen co-wrote the textbook 100 Questions for Translation Technology.
