Winnie Heh 过去25年来自口笔译员发展为高管，从事过语言服务行业营运、销售、国际拓展、人力资源管理、并购尽职调查与整合等诸多工作。她熟识语言服务提供方、採购方及终端客户的内部需求与结构。她也是人力资源管理的专家，在全球外包、招募、测试、培训有丰富的经验。她获得蒙特雷高翻学院硕士学位。在在全球前三语言服务提供商LanguageLine Solutions 担任高级职务25年后进入蒙特雷高翻学院担任口译、笔译、本地化管理职业顾问，高管教练、董事会成员。
