博士，副研究员，中国标准化研究院基础标准化研究所语言与术语研究室主任，全国语言与术语标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC62）秘书长，国际标准化组织ISO/TC37、ISO/TC69专家，主要从事语言、术语、语言资源管理等相关标准化和应用研究。先后负责或参与近十项国家重点研发计划、科技部支撑计划、国家市场监督总局、国家标准化管理委员会项目的研发，负责或作为主要人员参与十余项国家标准和多项国际ISO标准的制定工作。

About Language Services China 40

Language Services China 40 (LSC40), a 40-expert forum founded in 2017, integrates language service resources among companies, universities and institutes at home and abroad
