CAO Daqin

Serving as the section chief of Collaborative Innovation Center for the Silk Road Language Services of Xi’an International Studies University,  CAO Daqin is the founder of Shaanxi Computer-aided Translation Salon,  Deputy Secretary-General of Translation Technology Education Society of the World Interpreter and Translator Training Association, and one of the first instructors on innovation and entrepreneurship education at Xi'an International Studies University. In the fields of intellectual property, information technology, and communications, he has years’ of full-time translation experiences on translation practice, corporate team management and marketing. In recent years, he has immersed himself in a wealth of practical experiences in construction of national translation laboratories, language service collaborative innovation centers, patent translation, and military-civilian integration large-scale project implementation and management. He is leading a couple of large-scale programs with Ministries, the military and local governments.
