重庆第二师范学院外国语言文学学院院长、教授。
现任重庆市商务英语研究会副会长和重庆市外文学会常务理事。曾挂职北京师范大学外文学院副院长一职，获学校“最可敬可亲教师”、“优秀教育工作者”和“优秀教师”等荣誉称号。主要教授高级英语、英语教学法、英语课标解读、外语教学理论与课程改革、英语教师行动研究和英语学术论文写作等课程。近年来主持或参与国家级项目3项、主持或参与省部级项目10余项，主持协同创新平台“儿童外语教育协同创新中心”、“麦博儿童思维能力发展研究中心”和“RoyalABC儿童语言发展研究中心”，负责“国培”、“市培”等社会服务和横向项目10余项；在CSSCI和外语类核心期刊等学术期刊发表学术论文20余篇，出版学术专著和教材5部。
Language Services China 40 (LSC40), a 40-expert forum founded in 2017, integrates language service resources among companies, universities and institutes at home and abroad
aiming to fulfill collaborative innovation between industrial and education sectors and to offer solutions for cultivating language service talents. LSC40 has been devoted itself into the language service capability building and research for the “Belt and Road” actively, with a view of effectively promoting the healthy and orderly development of language service industry in China.
